"Coaching basketball is easy. Getting the players to execute what you've coached them is the hard part."
J. Curtis Johnston
My goal is to make playing basketball an enjoyable physical, social, and mental experience for the players. Competitiveness takes a second seat to fun. Learning the game of basketball is more important than winning. I encourage players to experiment and make mistakes. We learn far more from our errors than our successes. With this in mind I try my very best to remain positive when correcting a player's execution of a skill or drill.
